We all fall off track from what we dream of and are capable of.
It’s normal that life situations can take our time and our best-laid plans get put to one side.
So how can we stick to and keep our New Years resolutions? I believe it lies in your morning routine. How you start the day is a good indication of how your day will be.

I’m only on day 2, and yet I feel so much more productive and better about myself. Yes, I was having self-sabotaging negative thoughts because of my lack of actions which only leads to feeling worst. Not a good cycle.
