Are you sticking to your New Year’s resolutions?

We all fall off track from what we dream of and are capable of.

It’s normal that life situations can take our time and our best-laid plans get put to one side.

So how can we stick to and keep our New Years resolutions? I believe it lies in your morning routine. How you start the day is a good indication of how your day will be.

I listened to the audio of Miracle morning a few years ago and found it amazing and like normal. Life distracted me in many different ways. I have to be honest as I always am, over the last year I’ve felt lacking in my capabilities.

I know I have more to offer and I’m sure you know that about yourself too.

I highly recommend checking out

I’ve am personally relistening and have purchased the book for 0.99p on kindle to relearn the many lessons and tips to start your miracle morning.

I’m only on day 2, and yet I feel so much more productive and better about myself. Yes, I was having self-sabotaging negative thoughts because of my lack of actions which only leads to feeling worst. Not a good cycle.

What’s great about the Miracle Morning is what Hal Elrod calls the Life S.A.V.E.R.S., which are a set of personal development routines that help you create a positive and productive morning.

If you need a kick start or even a proven way to stick to your goals, then here my recommendation to stick to your 2019 New Years resolutions.
